How to use Macro Ping-o-Matic!

 1. Build up and enter the URL of the file PingUrl.csv Wpmu, Freeblog or other URL that ends with a ping by / with

2. The Backlink to your keyword, if you use the keyword with a space separator between <SP> gap.

3. Then save it and run it by the URL.

Note that line 15 will not work if there are different types of feed. http://xx.xxxx.com/feed. We solve it by creating a 2 column PingUrl.csv but I do not waste time! Just do not get a ping.
